Day 1| Arrive in Buenos Aires
On arrival in Buenos Aires, you are met by an English speaking guide who will take you to your hotel. Remainder of the day/evening at leisure. Hotel.

Day 2 | Buenos Aires
A 3-hour tour to introduce you to Argentina, its history, its contrasts, its contradictions and the characteristic psychology of the “porteños”, the inhabitants of Buenos Aires. See and visit important buildings and neighbourhoods. Afternoon at leisure.

This evening, enjoy a glamorous tango show in one of the most prestigious houses in Buenos Aires. Hotel (B,D)

Day 3 | Tigre and Delta
Morning departure from Buenos Aires to visit the northern riverside districts of Tigre and San Isidro including Pueyrredón Farm, San Isidro Cathedral, several colonial mansions, and Victoria Ocampo's Mansion. Stop enroute to enjoy a delicious Argentine lunch. Enjoy a boat trip through the islands of the delta of the Parana River. The return will include a ride on a train known as "Tren de la Costa". Day 4 | Estancia San Antonio de Areco
Today, visit an authentic estancia - Estancia San Antonio de Areco - where you can appreciate the gaucho dexterity in cattle and horse management. You will also try some of the exquisite regional food, especially the delicious "asado". There will be possibilities to saddle up your own Argentine horse for a ride. Hotel (B,L)

Day 5 | Buenos Aires - Salta
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Salta. In Salta transfer to your hotel, the House of Jasmines. Remainder of the day to enjoy the hotel and its facilities. Hotel (B)

HOUSE OF JASMINES

More than a hundred years old, the House of Jasmines has opens its doors today as a magnificent inn. Visitors will be delighted by the entrance to “one-hundred-year-old tree avenue”, a ditch which runs across the field, the Arenales River, which borders the Ranch field, a wall made 100m high poles, and a plethora of jasmines mingling with heavy vegetation. This historical colonial inn has seven exclusive Double Suite bedrooms, Five double suites, two of them with a terrace and panoramic view, and two king size suites.

Day 6 | Cachi
Morning departure for a drive through the spectacular Cuesta del Obispo, climbing to more than 3000 m. Pass the Recta del Tin Tin, with the unforgettable landscape of giant cardon cacti and the snow-capped Andes. Visit the ancient town of Cachi. Hotel (B)

Day 7 | Cafayate
Visit the wineries of Cafayate and perhaps even enjoy a few samples. During the drive, pass impressive geological formations produced by erosion on the colorful sedimentation of sandstone over the past 60 million years. Hotel (B)

Day 8 | Humahuaca
Full day expedition to view the multicoloured landscape of the Humahuaca canyon, the peaceful villages, old chapels, and native markets. Humahuaca, Uquia, Tilcara, Maimara and Purmamarca will be some of the fascinating stops during the day. Hotel (B)

Day 9 | Salta - Iguazu
Transfer to the Salta airport where you will board the flight to Buenos Aires and Iguazu. On arrival in Iguazu, transfer to the hotel. Hotel (B)

***It is also possible to stay on the Brazilian side of the falls. US and Canadian visitors will require a Visa to enter Brazil. A tour supplement will apply.***

Day 10 | Iguazu
Visit the Argentine side of the incredible Iguazu Falls including the upper and lower trails, San Martin Island and Devil's Throat. Hotel (B)

Day 11 | Iguazu - Buenos Aires
Transfer to the Iguazu airport for the flight to Buenos Aires. On arrival in Buenos Aires, you are met by a guide who will take you to your hotel. Hotel.(B)

Day 12 | Depart Buenos Aires
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
